Kahoot!

This morning we played Kahoot that was based on questions from the novel we have been reading, Gangsta Granny. Kahoot is a cool game that you compete in quizzes on the internet about a whole range of subjects. You are given a quiz questions and you have 4 answers to choose from. Kahoot keeps track of your score and at the end of the quiz we can find out which team is the winner. The faster you answer the question the more points you earn.

Special visitors - local MPs Megan Woods and Poto Williams!

On Monday the Year 4s were lucky enough to have two local MPs, Megan Woods (Labour MP for Wigram) and Poto Williams (Labour MP for Christchurch East), come and see what we do with Sophie and Katie at Kiwi Can. It was very cool that they joined in our games and we enjoyed meeting and talking to them.

Picasso art work

Mrs Staples has helped Ako Ngatahi complete this very colourful art work inspired by Pablo Picasso. We are very impressed with the quality of work and it looks fantastic hanging up in the Ako Ngatahi lounge!
